FSU’s journal for undergraduate research, The Owl, has been accepted into the Directory of Open Access Journals. The journal’s twelve back issues and future volumes will be included the DOAJ for indexing and discovery.
The Owl is led by a student editorial board sponsored by the FSU Student Council for Undergraduate Research and Creativity. Since 2009, the journal has highlighted excellence in undergraduate research by publishing peer-reviewed honors thesis, Directed Individual Study projects, and creative works like poetry, photography, and paintings.
